Refund policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a full cash refund minus a 10% restocking fee. If you would like store credit instead just let us know.
If you contact us after 7 days but within 14 days, you are eligible to receive full store credit.
Returns made after 14 days are not accepted.
Note: any products in our premium collection (solid 10k/14k gold) are only eligible for store credit, not full cash refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Additionally, there is a 10% restocking/ fee, so whatever the amount of your order is, 10% of it will be deducted for the fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at prestigejewelry3@gmail.com. If the product is broken or has a fault, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as provide instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are returning due to being unpleased with what you received, but it is in fine condition, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a picture immediately of what is wrong or defective with the product so we can help in any way.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, pay the difference in price via PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp. If the product is broken or has a fault, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
