You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a cash refund minus a 10% restocking fee. If you would like store credit instead just let us know.
If you contact us after 7 days but within 14 days, you are eligible to receive full store credit.
Returns made after 14 days are not accepted.

Any products in our premium collection (solid gold collection) are only eligible for store credit, not full cash refunds.
