Return Policy

You must contact us within 15 days (from delivery) through email to start a return/exchange, and the day it gets delivered is the start, day 1. Just contact us through our email and we will send your refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Whatever the amount of your order is, 10% of it will be deducted for the fee.
Any products in our premium collection (solid gold collection) are not eligible for returns. If you’d like to exchange your product, we offer exchanges as well! just contact us and we can discuss
